For the past eleven years, I’ve helped build GTM teams with multiple AI startups, including an early precursor to agentic AI in experience management. My focus has been on developing revenue and business development teams. This includes working with both US-based and international startups.

Within these roles, I’ve learned to source and evaluate GTM talent within the “hidden market.” This strategy involves discovering top performers who are not actively seeking their next opportunity. These are often the ideal candidates.

With this background, I was approached to start a search and recruiting firm within the Sanford Rose & Associates network of offices. My company, Precision Search Advisors, focuses exclusively on placing elite GTM leaders and contributors with leading agentic AI brands.
